This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding various super-large rolls, such as 30g/m²-400g/m² kraft paper,white cardboard, coated paper, silicone paper,aluminum foil,tin foil, PVC film, non-woven materials and other rolls.

Structural Characteristics

• The machine adopts vector motor/servo motor to control automatic constan tension and center winding method. The main engine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to maintain balanced operation during acceleration.

• Automatic metering, alarm and other functions. The winding adopts the upper and lower A and B air-expansion shaft structures, and the chain is automatically unloaded and easy to operate.

• Unwinding adopts photoelectric automatic correction correction system to make irregular materials cut normally.

• Using the slitting method ofthe circular knife/flat knife slitting, the automatic elimination device for the waste side of the high pressure fan.

• Inflatable shaft automatic feeding mode/hydraulic shaftless automatic unwinding device.
