The unit is a dedicated equipment for pasting card papers, particularly for thick card paper of 120g-2500g.

It has a high pasting accuracy and the finished product after pasting has suce advantages as smooth paper boar surfacd, neat edge, high hardness and high fastness, etc.

With a high pastion speed, it can work on double station simultaneously with double effciency. And the position can be adjustedeasily and flexibly when it works on single or double track.

It can adopt varions glues. the glue feeding system is automatically controlled by fluid level relay,which can adjust the thickness of glue layer so as to make glue coating uniform and save the glue quantity.

The motor adopts AC frequency converter stepless speed regulating the electro magnetic clutch adopts contactless solid-state device drive and the travel position adopts photoelectric.switich detecting. It has such functions as accumulative counting of electronic digit counter and photoelectric no-paperboard operation protection.

It has such characteristics as reasonable structure, easy use,simple operation and easy maintenance. when it works, put the bottom and upper paper boards well in the correct position, the machine can automatically finish the whole ptocess from gluing, pasting to flattening.
